一次（cì）性（xìng）餐具（jù）設備在（zài）生產時需要注意哪些？

1、 Voltage maintaining (2Y, 5y1, 7y1, 9y0 are energized)

由於一次性餐（cān）具設備的注入缸對模腔內（nèi）的熔料實行保壓並（bìng）補塑，因此隻要少量油液，所以泵1卸載，泵2單獨供油，多餘的油液經溢流閥4回油箱，保壓壓力由遠程調壓閥（fá）19調節。

As the injection cylinder of disposable tableware equipment maintains pressure and replenishes the molten material in the mold cavity, only a small amount of oil is needed. Therefore, pump 1 is unloaded and pump 2 is supplied with oil separately. 注（zhù）入是指注入螺杆以一定的壓力和速度將料筒前端的（de）熔料經（jīng）噴嘴注入模腔，分慢速注入和速度注入兩種。

Injection refers to that the injection screw injects the molten material at the front end of the barrel into the mold cavity through the nozzle at a certain pressure and speed, which can be divided into slow injection and speed injection.

(1)慢速注入(2Y、5Y1、7Y1、8Y通電)。泵2的壓力油（yóu）經電液換向閥15左位和單向節（jiē）流閥（fá）14進入注入（rù）缸右腔，左腔油液經電液（yè）換向閥11中位回油箱，注入缸活塞帶動注入螺杆慢速（sù）注入，注入速度由單向節流閥14調節，遠（yuǎn）程調壓閥20起定壓作用。

(1) Slow injection (2Y, 5y1, 7y1, 8y power on). The pressure oil of pump 2 enters the right cavity of injection cylinder through the left position of Electro-hydraulic Directional Valve 15 and one-way throttle valve 14. The oil in left chamber returns to the oil tank through the middle position of electro-hydraulic directional valve 11. The piston of injection cylinder drives the injection screw to inject slowly. The injection speed is regulated by one-way throttle valve 14, and the remote pressure regulating valve 20 is used for constant pressure.

(2)速度注入(1Y、2Y、5Y1、6Y0、7Y1、8Y通電)。泵1和泵2的壓力油經（jīng）電液換向閥11右位進入注入缸右腔，左腔油液經換向閥11回油箱。由於（yú）一次性餐（cān）具設備（bèi）中的兩個泵（bèng）同時供（gòng）油，且不（bú）經過單（dān）向節流閥14，因此注入速度加快了，此時，遠程調壓（yā）閥20起作用。

(2) Velocity injection (1y, 2Y, 5y1, 6y0, 7y1, 8y are powered on). The pressure oil of pump 1 and pump 2 enters the right cavity of injection cylinder through the right position of electro-hydraulic directional valve 11, and the oil in left chamber returns to the oil tank through directional valve 11. Since the two pumps in the disposable tableware equipment supply oil at the same time and do not pass through the one-way throttle valve 14, the injection speed is accelerated. At this time, the remote pressure regulating valve 20 plays a safety role.

三（sān）、預塑（sù）(1Y、2Y、5Y1、7Y0通電)：

3、 Prepreg (1y, 2Y, 5y1, 7y0 electrified)

保壓完畢(時間控製)，從料鬥加人的熔料隨著螺杆的轉（zhuǎn）動被帶料筒前端，進行加（jiā）熱塑化，並建立一定壓力。當螺杆頭部熔料壓力到達能克服注入缸活塞退回的阻力時，螺杆開始後退。後退到預定位置，即螺杆頭部熔料達到所需注（zhù）入量時，螺杆停止轉動和後退，準備下一（yī）次注入。與此同時，在模腔內的製品冷（lěng）卻成形。

At the same time, local vacuum is generated in the left cavity of the injection cylinder, and the oil in the oil tank enters into it through the middle position of net 11 under the action of air pressure.
