1、需求分析比較明確。需求分析是係統開發的基礎,明確(què)的(de)需求分析是明晰業務流程(chéng)和係統功能的(de)關鍵所(suǒ)在。

2、在設計上充(chōng)分考慮了操作簡單、維護方便和可靠性上的晑求。控製麵板設計簡(jiǎn)潔明了,PLC選型合理,資源分配設計合理(lǐ)。

一、控製麵板:
1、 Control panel:
在(zài)一次性環保餐具設備控製麵板的設計上主要(yào)考(kǎo)慮係統控製操(cāo)作的方(fāng)便,避免引起誤操作(zuò);另外,需要考慮係統硬件接(jiē)線的方便、係統線路檢修的方便以及麵板整體的美觀。

資源的分配主要涉及到輸入和輸出點的確(què)定,對應的功能(néng)按鈕以及功能的描述(shù)等,具體參見表1。為了越加清楚的(de)描述資源的分配,表中同時列出了PLC的一些內部資源的分配,包括時間繼電器和中間繼電器。

三、硬件線路和軟件設計(jì):

硬件線路的設計比較簡單,根據資源表就可(kě)以對PLC的外部接線進行設計(jì)。軟件的(de)設計相對比較複雜,先需(xū)要繪製軟(ruǎn)件程(chéng)序流程圖,從(cóng)圖中可知,控製程序主要有3個(gè)分(fèn)支,即點動、自動和單步執(zhí)行。

一次性環保餐具設備係統的控製(zhì)程序采用廠商提供的 PFSOFT開發工具進行(háng)開發,把 PFSOFT軟件安裝(zhuāng)在PC機上,PC機與PLC相連,打開 PFSOFT開發界麵,編寫LC控製(zhì)梯形圖程序,梯形圖(tú)程序下載到PLC中,可以在PLC上(shàng)進行模擬調試,調試平台采用(yòng)“電氣控製與PLC實(shí)驗平台開始采用常規控製指令進行編程,雖然功能上實現沒有問(wèn)題,但由於功能比較複雜,程(chéng)序比較長,以致PLC對程序的掃描時間過長,不符合(hé)成型機控製的要求。放(fàng)棄常規控製指令結構,而采用步進指令+高階指令的程(chéng)序結構,使(shǐ)得程序結構越加明晰,程序長度大大縮短,程序的(de)掃描時間達到控製的要求。

The pfsoft software is installed on the PC, and the PC is connected with the PLC. The pfsoft development interface is opened, and the LC control ladder program is written. The ladder program is downloaded to the PLC, and the simulation debugging can be carried out on the PLC, The debugging platform adopts "electrical control and PLC", and the experimental platform begins to use conventional control instructions for programming. Although there is no problem in function realization, due to the complex function and long program, the PLC scanning time for the program is too long, which does not meet the requirements of synthetic machine control. By abandoning the conventional control instruction structure and adopting the program structure of step instruction and higher order instruction, the program structure becomes clearer, the program length is greatly shortened, and the scanning time of the program meets the control requirements.
